Naples Daily News reported on a Neighborhood Information Meeting that was hosted by Collier Enterprises on June 4, 2018, regarding the Rural Lands West project.
The informational session covered plans for the Rural Lands West development project, including where the development will be located, that the development footprint is roughly 4,000 acres, and will have up 10,000 residential units and up to 2 million square feet of commercial or civic space.
The meeting also highlighted how the community plans to be pedestrian friendly with a public path along the water, and more than 45 miles of trails, as well as shopping, entertainment, schools, a public park and more.
Collier Enterprises also addressed traffic concerns raised by those in attendance, detailing how the build-out of services and employment to the east would encourage traffic reversal.
